We were discussing activities we could possibly do together for more relaxation in our relationship, and I am happy to say that the 2 hour couples float therapy is most definitely worth it.
Recommended to us by a friend, you get the opportunity to float in weightlessness and let your mind take respite from all the thoughts you may have had during the day.
The lady who greeted us (unfortunately didn't get her name, but this was a Wednesday evening) was extremely lovely and kind. She spoke to us about the benefits, what is provided for us in the room, and was great at promoting other services that will actually be beneficial to us, which I'd definitely love to try, such as the infrared rooms.
We were extremely happy with the session, and sad that it had to end so quickly! The time really flies by when your mind is in a complete state of relaxation. My partner actually fell asleep in there for a few minutes, whilst I stayed awake to enjoy the feeling of floating in what felt like pure air. Everyone will experience different feelings.
For the ladies, no stress. They provide a vanity mirror with hairbrushes and hairdryers, straightener, curler, make-up pads, and more, so you can freshen up before or after your session. (This is especially handy for someone who has long hair like me).
Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place for singles and couples who just want to achieve a state of peace after a long day, or even just for fun. We're so happy with the service and experience, and look forward to coming back sometime in the near future :)
